In the columns of attachment E = Economia of Panorama they speak of the transparent quality of Caseificio Principe. We have joined the QRCode Campania project, promoted by the Campania Region and the Zooprophylactic Institute of Southern Italy. Sure of the quality of our product, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, we subject our milk to periodic checks and we make the results of the analyzes public in order to make our quality transparent.
