The mozzarella factory ” Caseificio Principe” took part in the 20th edition of Cibus 2021 also this year. Cibus 2021 is a “made in Italy food exhibition” which took place in Parma from 31st August to 3rd September 2021. This first in person exhibition opened its doors thus marking a new beginning and the “Caseificio Principe” , with its PDO Campania buffalo mozzarella, proved to be the most resilient company in this post pandemic economic scenario. They made an excellent job and they have never stopped their activities on the contrary they worked with passion in order to satisfy their national and international clients’ needs.
During the exhibition, food amateurs had the chance to taste the variety of products made by the Caseificio Principe thus getting to know the traditional dairy products made in Campania which combine innovation with the high quality of ancient traditions.
